Refund Policy

yplux is provided as-is. You use it at your own risk and discretion. The service comes with no warranties — express or implied — including no implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, or non-infringement.
Free Version
yplux offers a free tier that lets you test core functionality — including adding transactions, viewing the dashboard, and exploring expense categories — before committing to a paid plan. We strongly recommend using the free version to confirm that yplux meets your requirements before purchasing a subscription.
No Refunds After Purchase
We do not issue refunds once a subscription payment has been processed. This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
- You no longer need the service
- You did not use the subscription during the billing period
- You found another service you prefer
- You are dissatisfied with a feature or missing feature
- You experienced temporary technical issues
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). We send email notifications before each upcoming renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time in either of the following ways:
- Via your account settings at /dashboard/subscription
- By contacting us at contact@yplux.com before the end of your current billing cycle
Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain access to all paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If you forgot to cancel your annual subscription, a downgrade to a monthly subscription is possible within one month after the renewal date. Contact us at contact@yplux.com to request this.
Exceptions
In rare cases where yplux has been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge caused by a technical fault on our end — please contact us at contact@yplux.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
